Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Do you provide Fishing Poles?
MD Fishing license is required to fish off our private dock and fishing poles are not provided by us. You are allowed to bring your own fishing poles if you would like to fish off of the dock.

All fishing & hunting licenses can be purchased at Molly’s Place in Kennedyville Maryland 10 mins from our location.
Do you provide Kayaks and Paddleboards?
Yes we have 1 Kayak and 1 Paddleboard available for guest use and you can launch off of the private beach on the property. Life Jackets are also provided.
Do you provide linens and towels?
Yes we have bed linens, blankets, pillows, bath towels, and beach towels available for guest use.
